    * We kindly request that you store any items not to be used on the same day in the freezer (-18 degrees Celsius).
    * After receiving the products to be used on the same day, simply place them in the refrigerator (+4 degrees Celsius) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Do not leave them outside or at room temperature!
    * Our cakes thaw in the refrigerator in a minimum of 3 hours. After thawing, they must be consumed within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing ❌
    * You can slice your cake and store it in the freezer (-18 degrees Celsius) without completely thawing it. Then, thaw each slice in the refrigerator at +4 degrees Celsius before serving it to your furry friend. You can repeat this process for up to a month.
    **It is important to follow the portioning information inside the cake box, which is determined according to the weight of your furry friends. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    *Deliveries within Istanbul take at least 2 business days . (We are closed on Sundays.)
    *We are closed on Sundays, therefore no deliveries are made on these days. Orders placed on Sundays will be delivered on Saturday or Monday, according to your preference.

    *ORDERS TO OTHER CITIES WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN AT LEAST 4 DAYS . (ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY WILL BE SHIPPED ON MONDAY.)
    * FOR SHIPMENTS VIA CARGO; dry ice, styrofoam, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer!
    *Orders picked up from production will be ready no later than the 3rd day after the order is placed.
    *Orders placed outside of business hours will be ready on Pati Chef's first business day.
