No, Pati Chef does not use refined sugar, sweeteners, or fructose in any of its products. The ingredients are prepared entirely with our furry friends in mind.

Accepted Answer

The cream used in our products is not harmful to our furry friends. On the contrary, it is carefully produced with beneficial ingredients. To review the ingredients of our products, you can go to the page of the product you are interested in and access the ingredient details.

3. Are your products manufactured under veterinary supervision?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We take the health of our furry friends very seriously. Our veterinarian completes routine checks before our chefs begin production. Production is carried out according to HACCP standards before and after packaging.

Accepted Answer

Just like humans, our furry friends have taste buds. In fact, they have even more developed palates than us. Therefore, we can't guarantee that they will eat any product. However, we have a 95% eating rate 🙂 Clearly, they enjoy consuming them.

Unfortunately, no. You need to place your order at least 2 days in advance. However, if you prefer to order from our ready-to-use products, you can contact us via WhatsApp or our phone numbers to check stock availability.

7. What are the storage conditions for your products?

Accepted Answer

Cookies:Feeding Instructions: Consume one piece per kilogram of body weight. For example: For a 5-kilogram furry friend, you can give up to 5 pieces per day.Storage Conditions: Store in special Pati Chef packaging at +4 degrees Celsius. Should be consumed within one and a half weeks. Can be stored at -18 degrees Celsius for up to one month.Creamy products:Storage Instructions: You can store it in the refrigerator at +4 degrees for up to 2 days, or at -18 degrees for up to 1 month.

8. My dog is allergic to some products. Do your products contain any ingredients that could cause allergic reactions?

If your cat or dog has an allergic reaction to lactose or peanut butter, we do not recommend consuming our creamy products. If your furry friend has such a sensitivity, you should definitely consult your veterinarian about the ingredients of the product you are interested in before ordering.

We take all necessary precautions to ensure that all products you order from us are delivered to you safely. If you receive an incorrect or missing item in your order, you can contact us.

10- Why are pasta and similar products delivered frozen?

Pasta and its derivatives are made with cream specially prepared for our furry friends. Because this cream is not made with classic pastry cream made with sugar and butter, it is shipped frozen to prevent spoilage and visual deformation.

11- Do I have a chance to change my delivery date?

Of course. You can change your delivery date. However, you must inform us of this change at least 2 days in advance and confirm the change with our customer representative. You can contact us via WhatsApp regarding the changes.

12- Can cakes be shipped outside the city?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can ship our cakes and pastries outside of Istanbul. However, we cannot deliver to some cities due to distance. For orders outside of Istanbul, please contact us.

Our products contain no preservatives. You can offer them to your furry friends with peace of mind.
