Yes. We take the health of our furry friends very seriously. Our veterinarian completes routine checks before our chefs begin production. Production is carried out according to HACCP standards before and after packaging.

Just like humans, our furry friends have taste buds. In fact, they have even more developed palates than us. Therefore, we can't guarantee that they will eat any product. However, we have a 95% eating rate 🙂 Clearly, they enjoy consuming them.

Storage Conditions: Store in special Pati Chef packaging at +4 degrees Celsius. Should be consumed within one and a half weeks. Can be stored at -18 degrees Celsius for up to one month. Creamy products: Storage Instructions: You can store it in the refrigerator at +4 degrees for up to 2 days, or at -18 degrees for up to 1 month.

If your cat or dog has an allergic reaction to lactose or peanut butter, we do not recommend consuming our creamy products. If your furry friend has such a sensitivity, you should definitely consult your veterinarian about the ingredients of the product you are interested in before ordering.

Pasta and its derivatives are made with cream specially prepared for our furry friends. Because this cream is not made with classic pastry cream made with sugar and butter, it is shipped frozen to prevent spoilage and visual deformation.

Yes. We can ship our cakes and pastries outside of Istanbul. However, we cannot deliver to some cities due to distance. For orders outside of Istanbul, please contact us.
